AR-Team Lead – RCM (US Healthcare)

Neolytix is hiring an AR-Team Lead to manage and lead a high-performance team responsible for end-to-end AR functions. The role focuses on managing claims, resolving denials, and collecting funds. Candidates should have hands-on experience in US healthcare RCM processes and a proven ability to supervise teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in US healthcare AR
• At least 1–2 years in a team lead or supervisory capacity
• Strong understanding of insurance follow-up, EOB analysis, denials, and appeals
• Proficiency in tools like eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, Epic, Athena, ECW, MD4, Meditech, Cerner or equivalent
• Excellent leadership, reporting, and communication skills
• Willingness to work full-time from our Gurugram office (Sector 18) during US night shifts
