Job Description
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders. Translate business needs into data models and analytical queries that produce measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar analytical role
- Excellent SQL skills — comfortable with complex joins, CTEs, window functions etc.
- Strong understanding of relational databases (RDBMS) and data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables)
- Experience with a data warehouse technology (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, PostgreSQL DWH)
- Proficiency in at least one BI visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
- Solid grasp of data validation, transformation, and ETL/ELT principles
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
- Excellent communication skills in English; able to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders
