Supply Chain Planner

At Kekkilä-BVB, we are looking for a proactive and analytical Supply Chain Planner who is motivated by optimizing processes, working with various departments, and achieving a smooth and efficient material flow.

Requirements

• Manage and optimize the supply chain network, with a focus on planning, procurement, and product flows.
• Monitor contracts with suppliers and service providers, including prices, delivery times, and quality agreements.
• Implement and monitor inventory management to ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce holding costs.
• Coordinate with sales, production, logistics, and S&OP for reliable demand forecasts and product availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners for timely and cost-efficient transports.
• Use supply chain software to analyze bottlenecks and make improvement proposals.
• Perform administrative supply chain tasks (e.g., purchase orders, receipt registration, invoice processing).
• Ensure the accuracy and currency of reports and database information.
