The Digital Incentives Customer Success Specialist supports digital incentives programs for complex and high-volume CPG and Retail marketers.
Requirements
- Manage multiple digital incentive offer launches in partnership with Customer Success Managers.
- Manage internal steps for digital incentive campaigns.
- Ensure and maintain overall digital incentive quality.
- Verification of all digital launches and notification to the required parties.
- Manage high-level reporting and formatting of Google Sheets files for data uploads for various account-related needs.
- Understand and manage account nuances that affect set-up for seamless execution.
- Identify opportunities, create & implement productivity and quality process improvement plans.
- Non-U.S. must be willing to work in evening and overnight shifts.
