Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor Mechanical to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refineries. The primary task of the Maintenance Supervisor Rotating is to organise and lead the rotating discipline in execution on the Neste Rotterdam site in a safe and efficient way.

Requirements

• High safety and quality awareness
• Participates in the contractor safety meeting
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
• In possession of a VCA-vol certificate
• Act as an example and propagate Neste’s safety culture
• Managing the team of rotating field supervisor(s) by providing (technical) support, guidance and a clear view on the Neste maintenance strategy and corresponding processes
• Providing the Technical Order Statement “TOS” for each corrective work order as a starting point for the discipline workplanner
• Supports the discipline work planners with technical input where requested
• Act as final gate before closing work orders in the maintenance management system (SAP)
• Investigates and follows up on malfunction reports related to mechanical equipment
• Act as a single point of contact concerning the technical content of contracts within the rotating discipline
• Supervises and monitors the safety, efficiency, quality and budget adherence of the overall process within the mechanical discipline in line with the business goals
• Provides financial input for both the yearly budget as well as monthly forecast
