Job Description
We are looking for a Turnaround Planning Lead to join our Maintenance team in the Singapore Tuas Refinery. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of multi-disciplinary planners and be responsible for turnaround & shutdown planning management to achieve all key deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 10 years relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical industry
- Experienced in TA or shutdown (min 5 years) planning, maintenance work control, planning, costing for Mechanical equipment
- At least 3 years’ experience in leading and managing teams; with direct reports
- Skill/Mastery in TA/SD planning process and SAP/PM/CM maintenance process
- Skill in HSSE, risk and contractor management
- Knowledgeable with international (ASME, API) & local standards related to mechanical equipment
