Content Support Specialist

Nestlé Business Services (NBS) is seeking a Content Support Specialist to act as the bridge between strategic Digital Marketing briefs from HQ and creative agencies. The successful candidate will coordinate with agencies for smooth asset delivery, create performance reports and best practices, and drive change management while aligning with stakeholders to execute the HQ agenda effectively.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years in digital marketing/eBusiness working with Global brands
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing and brand marketing
• Experience with CRM Brand Campaigns is a must
• Proficient English writing, reading, speaking
• Proven change management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Team oriented mentality and attitude
• Ownership, responsibility & adaptability
• Result oriented
• Can work independently and predominantly in a remote team
• Pro-active and self-driven
