Job Description
We are looking for a Search Expert to support the Zone Category Digital Lead in creating and implementing a holistic search strategy. The role involves coordinating local Nestlé teams, external agencies, and partners to accelerate Search objectives and KPIs.
Requirements
- More than 3 years in digital marketing
- Successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results
- Proven Search experience (either SEO or Paid or eRetail Search)
- Knowledge of Search holistically
- Proficient English: writing, reading, speaking
- Proven change management experience
- Clear communication skills
- Proven team-oriented mentality and attitude
- Result oriented
- Must be able to deal with complex organizational model and several stakeholders
- If possible, experience in B2B environment
- Can work independently and predominantly in a remote team
- Pro-active and self-driven
