Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in front-end development
- Extensive hands-on expertise in React.js
- Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a technical lead in complex projects
- Strong command of modern JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and advanced responsive design techniques
- Solid experience with front-end architecture patterns, state management libraries, and performance optimization
- Deep understanding of web application architecture, RESTful APIs, and integration patterns
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and modern build tools
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in scaled agile environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership and strategic responsibilities
