Analytics Engineer Intern - Content Decision Sciences and Conversation Scaling, Summer 2026

We are seeking an Analytics Engineer Intern to join our scaling team and multiply the impact of data practitioners across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in data technologies and a passion for building infrastructure that enables fellow data practitioners.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree in a related analytics field graduating in December 2026, Summer 2027 or later.
• Proficient in Big Data SQL (e.g., Spark, Trino) and pipeline orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Metaflow).
• Experienced in building reusable analytics infrastructure (data models, metric frameworks) and designing scalable self-service BI/visualization solutions (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• A strong communicator who can develop, own, and deepen strong relationships with a wide variety of non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive with minimal process.
• Analytically minded, bringing data solutions and business impact together while having autonomy in managing cross-functional projects.
• An individual who pays attention to the details and makes a conscious effort to understand causes instead of just the effects.
• An individual with a growth mindset who is impact-driven, and has a strong desire for growing a broad set of technical and non-technical skills.
