We are seeking an Operations Manager for our Experiences Creative Studio to support a multidisciplinary team of designers, producers, and storytellers in bringing Netflix IP to life in new and innovative ways.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing creative operations or production within agency, studio, or client-side environments
- Proven track record of operationalizing multidisciplinary creative teams and projects
- Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder creative programs
- Proven ability to define scope, forecast budgets, cast resources, and effectively manage both internal and external partners
- Demonstrated skill in balancing creative integrity with operational excellence and business strategy
- Creative problem solver with a solutions-oriented mindset and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to connect individual workstreams to broader brand and business objectives
- Proven ability to negotiate vendor and contract agreements
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams
- Established network of agency and vendor relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills with deep fluency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Airtable, and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of both permanent and touring experience production strongly preferred
- Passion for entertainment, fandom culture, immersive storytelling, and experiences
- Global experience preferred
