Product Manager, Games Developer Tools

Netflix is seeking a Product Manager for Games Developer Tools to drive the creation of exceptional experiences for developers making games for our platforms. As the Product Manager, you will champion the developer experience, ensuring that internal and external game developers worldwide can develop, test, and release their games to our TV platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management or related business areas, with direct experience working on developer needs
• Passion for enhancing the developer experience through data-driven insights and user feedback
• Proven ability to think strategically, work collaboratively, and lead complex and highly impactful cross-functional projects from concept to completion
• Technical background or strong understanding of technical systems & platforms and the ability to communicate with and challenge both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ambitious self-starter who deals well with ambiguity and a fast-paced, multiple project environment
• A history of achieving product outcomes through user testing and data-driven decision making
• Experience translating UX testing and feedback into impactful new features
• Passion for the digital gaming space
