Senior Manager, Business & Legal Affairs, Sports

Netflix seeks an experienced business and legal affairs executive to handle responsibilities related to the production of Netflix's live sports and events.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of business and legal affairs experience in the acquisition, development, licensing, and production of live sports and events
• Experience drafting and negotiating deal terms and agreements, including production services agreements, talent, above-the-line and below-the-line agreements, license agreements, and all types of production forms
• J.D. (or international equivalent) and membership in good standing in at least one state bar
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably under tight timeframes juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic, commercial, and practical thinker with ability to work effectively and collaboratively
