Job Description
NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Quality Assurance / Test Automation Analyst to join our growing Federal IT delivery team. This position is ideal for a versatile professional who can work directly with clients to capture business requirements, document process improvements, and perform hands-on testing and validation.
Requirements
- Engage directly with Federal stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Perform functional and regression testing, validating system changes against documented requirements
- Develop and maintain test cases, scripts, and plans; track and report defects through the full lifecycle
- Utilize AI document generation tools to create requirement documentation, user guides, and QA test artifacts efficiently and consistently
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical solutions
- Utilize automated testing approaches as well as AI/ML
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback from end users and stakeholders
- Ensure all work products comply with Federal documentation and security standards
