Job Description
NetPlans is seeking a Trainee IT Specialist to learn about the interaction of hardware, operating systems, and networks. The trainee will gain experience in planning, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting IT systems, as well as assisting users with application problems. This is a practice-oriented training program within a family-owned company.
Requirements
- Completed a higher secondary school qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or the Abitur
- Strong interest in IT topics and new developments in the digital world
- Curious and willing to understand the connections behind the user interface
- Reliable and a team player
- Logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Very good written and verbal German skills
