Staff Software Development Engineer in Test, Fullstack Agentic AI

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Engineer to join our Agentic AI team. In this role, you will be a custodian of quality for our cutting-edge data security product. You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of a platform that handles complex data across diverse cloud and on-premise environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in QA testing, with your most recent job in this area specifically
• Strong expertise in test automation. Proficiency with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium etc is required.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and a solid understanding of cloud architecture and services.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, including testing applications deployed in containerized environments.
• Proven experience testing systems that interact with a diverse set of data stores (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Data Lakes).
• Deep understanding of software testing methodologies, including smoke, regression, functional, and performance testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to devise creative solutions for complex testing challenges, such as version compatibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with development teams.
