Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering

Netskope is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the recruitment process for engineering and product roles, partnering with R&D leaders and hiring managers. The role focuses on identifying, sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates for the growing Netskope network security platform, and supporting a seamless transition to the HR team. This is a hands-on role involving direct sourcing, managing multiple searches, and enhancing the recruiting process.

Requirements

• Ten (10) or more years of relevant technical recruiting experience
• Direct experience working for a company building products for the enterprise market
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous searches
• Experience recruiting for product companies
