NetVendor is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead new customer implementations and ensure successful launches. The role requires experience in customer onboarding, implementation management, or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation management, or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to lead customer-facing implementations with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Strong executive presence and comfort facilitating kickoff meetings and client updates
- Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using project management or CRM tools for tracking progress and reporting results
- Organized, empathetic, and energized by helping customers achieve success and realize revenue quickly
