Job Description
The ITSM Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory, cost efficiency, compliance, and operational readiness. This role drives optimization of asset utilization, enforces licensing and contractual compliance, and provides reliable data to support decision-making, budgeting, and audit activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-8 years’ of relevant experience managing IT assets
- Good understanding of current regulatory requirements in Singapore (MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Cyber Hygiene and Cybersecurity Code of Practice)
- Attention to details, with the ability to thoroughly and accurately review and track assets onboarding tasks
- Possess IT Service Management and CMBD working knowledge
- ServiceNow experience will be a plus
- Fair knowledge of AWS technology
- Certification in ITIL 4 is a plus
