Job Description
NFF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Tester with experience in Oracle Fusion Recruiting module to work closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership and subject matter experts in the deployment and operation of the Oracle Recruiting Module.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in systems analysis in an Oracle Fusion environment.
- Hands on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, preferably including the Oracle Recruiting Module.
- Familiarity with tool such as JIRA.
- Ability to use Power BI, formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, filtering, and data sorting for validation purposes.
