Job Description
NFF is seeking an ERP Product Manager to develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for ERP systems, collaborate with administrative departments, and lead ERP-related projects. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Administration and 5+ years of experience in ERP product management, business systems analysis, or enterprise application support.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for ERP systems
- Collaborate with administrative departments to gather requirements and feedback
- Lead ERP-related projects including upgrades, module implementations, and integrations
- Monitor system performance, user adoption, and data integrity
- Ensure ERP systems comply with university policies and external regulations
- Manage relationships with ERP vendors and consultants
