Job Description
Neuberger Berman, an employee-owned global investment management firm, is seeking an experienced Program Associate to join their Private Markets Investment Solutions & Strategy Team. The role involves managing client relationships, expanding partnerships, assessing new business ideas, and driving the development of new products within the NB Private Markets platform. The team focuses on providing custom investment solutions and exposure to investors with unique and technical needs.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience in private equity, private credit, investment banking, insurance, or asset management.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
