Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, reporting, or analytical roles
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Experience with compensation/commissions a plus; asset management preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail, clear communication skills, and an ownership mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Tech-forward mindset with an affinity for using AI and automation to improve processes and accuracy, and generate insights
