Relationship Manager

As a Senior Relationship Manager, responsible for leading the overall relationship management strategy, approach, and execution across the Private Asset Management (PAM) team direct business with an emphasis on the largest and most complex relationships, the highest potential relationships, and the at-risk relationships. Develop and lead a methodical approach to client outreach and engagement, leveraging available technology to organize, systematize, and scale client engagement activities and ensure consistent execution across the client base.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience working directly with high-net-worth clients in a financial planning capacity
• Strong executive presence, active listening, client preparedness, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding predetermined key objectives
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, insurance, retirement savings vehicles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in eMoney software helpful
• Series 7 and 66 required, CFP designation ideal
