Job Description
Neuberger Berman is seeking a Senior Funds Attorney to provide advice, support and research on legal, regulatory and corporate matters for the fundraising efforts and ongoing operation of their Specialty Finance business.
Requirements
- JD required
- At least 6 years' experience within a large law firm
- Working knowledge of Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Investment Company Act of 1940 and the 1933 and 1934 Acts and ERISA rules
- Working knowledge of various private fund structures
- Efficient and resourceful, able to work independently, handling multiple and changing priorities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented
- Strong time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
