Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing healthcare organization in the Nashville area. The Patient Care Coordinator is a key member of the Patient Experience Team, focused on delivering exceptional customer care and service.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in a medical reception role or at least 1 year working in a high volume, customer service role
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Professional and friendly along with great attention to detail
• Commitment to customer service with work experience to show for it
