Job Description
Neura Health is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue through a combination of paid acquisition channels and data-driven optimization. This role is for someone passionate about growth marketing, mission-driven individuals, and a results-oriented approach to collaboration. The company focuses on virtual neurology clinics, aiming to address the overwhelming patient wait times often associated with traditional neurology care. The position offers opportunities for strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on involvement.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in performance / growth marketing, ideally at a company that has scaled during your tenure from series A to series B (and ideally beyond)
- Proven track record of scaling 7 figure paid media budgets profitably
- Deep knowledge of paid social and paid search fundamentals
- Comfort with analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, attribution platforms)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience in direct-to-consumer digital health
