Job Description
Neuralink is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their People and Talent team. The role will focus on developing and retaining top-tier talent, driving organizational design, employee relations, and workforce planning. The HRBP will collaborate with leaders and managers to create high-performing cultures while ensuring fairness, equity, and operational excellence. They will also focus on employee and manager development, program creation, and analysis of HR metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a similar role
- Proven success designing and executing company-wide initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Exceptional ability in analytical and problem-solving skills
