We are seeking a Principal Analyst, IT R&D Systems to lead strategic efforts to develop, enhance, and oversee state-of-the-art research, preclinical development, and CMC development software environment, driving innovation and efficiency across departments.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in computer science or IT and 6+ years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Master's degree in computer science or IT preferred and 4+ years of relevant experience
- PhD and 2+ years of related experience
- Experience supporting validated GxP applications for regulatory purposes in a biotech/pharmaceutical company is strongly recommended
- Deep expertise in best practices of functional discipline with comprehensive understanding of related business principles
- Innovates and improves tools and processes within and beyond the functional area
- Anticipates business and industry issues; recommends relevant process / technical / service improvements
- Demonstrates broad expertise or unique knowledge
- Considered an expert within the company and may have external presence in area of expertise
- Applies in-depth expertise in discipline and broad knowledge of other closely related areas to improve efficiency of team
- Ability to work as part of and lead multiple teams
- Good leadership, mentoring skills and abilities typically leads lower levels and/or indirect teams
