Job Description
The IT Support Engineer monitors and maintains the company's hardware and software systems, installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting all aspects of IT infrastructure. They will diagnose and resolve technical issues and play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the company. This is a first-level management role, reporting to an Information Technology Manager.
Requirements
- Installs and configures computer hardware, software, networks and applications.
- Continuously monitors and maintains systems and networks.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots system and network problems, software faults or hardware complications.
