Outside Operations

The Outside Operations role is responsible for assisting in loading and unloading of products from vehicles, operating fertilizer tender trucks, and performing routine maintenance of equipment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience and a valid Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience
• Valid Class A CDL with tanker and HazMat endorsement
• Commercial Handler's or Applicator's License
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Possesses problem solving capability and understands the operational processes
