Job Description
As a (Senior) Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you will be responsible for our S&OP process, driving improvements and securing optimal product availability for our retail and professional customers around the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (ideally with focus on Supply Chain Management or Marketing) or equivalent
- 3-6 years of professional experience
- Excellent analytical and commercial thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a multicultural environment
- Hands-on mentality, drive and creativity to find solutions and create success
- Attention to details and holistic view of processes
- Fluent in (verbal and written) English and German
