Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment
- Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software (MasterCam preferred) and G-code programming
- In-depth knowledge of CNC machining processes, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents
- Experience with CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent mathematical capabilities and technical aptitude
- Capable of working effectively in a team and communicating with cross-functional teams
