Mechanic - 310T Certified (Day Shift)

We are seeking a skilled mechanic with experience in traditional and cutting-edge technologies to join our team as a Field Service Technician. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet of buses, including diesel engines, electric drivetrains, and HVAC systems. This dynamic, customer-facing position involves troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years' work experience working in a similar position preferably with heavy duty transit buses or heavy-duty trucks.
• Technical Expertise: Experience with diesel engines, driveline components, electrical systems, and electric vehicle maintenance.
• Certification: Certified Truck & Coach Technician (310T), or currently pursuing certification, Red Seal Preferred.
• Customer Service Skills: High level of professionalism with strong customer service skills, capable of interacting positively with clients.
• Problem-Solving Skills: High problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
