Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead overall operations and performance at our KMG facility, responsible for ensuring the plant meets its production, quality, safety, and financial objectives while cultivating a strong team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related field
• 10+ years of experience in a senior production leadership position
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proven track record of achieving production goals and financial targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety management
