Job Description
New Haven Residential Treatment Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to provide trauma-informed care to adolescent girls (ages 14-18). The role involves meal preparation, group participation, maintaining a safe environment, and collaborative work with therapists. The position offers a stipend and includes opportunities for on-call work with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to make a minimum 8-month commitment
- Must be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Permit
