Job Description
New Haven is a residential treatment facility focused on adolescent girls facing complex challenges, aiming to create a nurturing home environment. They emphasize holistic care incorporating treatment, family therapy, and interdisciplinary treatment planning. The role offers individual, family, and group therapy experience and facilitates both therapeutic and experiential learning.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a behavioral science field (Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Mental Health Counseling)
- Eligency for licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) or associate licensure (CSW, AMFT, ACMHC) preferred
- Two years of therapy experience, including individual, family, and group sessions
- One year of experience in a residential setting is a plus
- Proficiency in treatment planning and adjustment
- Pass a state background check
- CAQH profile creation and NPI number acquisition
- Willingness to create a CAQH profile
