Requirements
- 2 years of experience in a residential treatment center or similar environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (not required)
- 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
- Pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Strong communication skills and ability to build healthy relationships
- Skilled in de-escalation, CPR, and First Aid
- Able to model and teach positive values
