Job Description
New Horizons Mental Health Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager for multiple departments in Lancaster, Ohio. This role focuses on providing on-going community services to adults with Substance Use Disorder (SMD) patients, acting as an advocate, liaison, and mediator. The ideal candidate will be highly committed to recovery models and culturally sensitive in their approach.
Requirements
- Ohio driver's license
- Proof of automobile liability insurance ($100,000 minimum)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience working with adults with SMD
- Respect, compassion, warmth, caring, friendliness
- Ability to assess, teach, and model skills
