FEP/Early First Therapist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field
• Licensure required (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC)
• Minimum two (2) years related experience in the mental health field
• Working knowledge of the Recovery Model and DSM-5
• Supervisory and Team-building skills
• Knowledge of community resources
• Strong interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills
• Sensitivity to the cultural needs of each client
