Job Description
New Horizons Mental Health Services, a non-profit behavioral health agency, is seeking a Full-Time Supported Employment Specialist to work with clients in Lancaster, Ohio. This role involves assessing and supporting clients in their job search, developing employment plans, and providing ongoing employment support through community connections. The position combines clinical and community support services.
Requirements
- Ohio driver's license
- Proof of automobile liability insurance (minimum $100,000)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Preference for Ohio Counselors and Social/Work Board licensure
- Experience working with adults with Service-Determined Disorders (SMD) is preferred
