New Horizons, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals with special needs for over 60 years, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals for their MMDP program. This part-time position involves providing one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence and inclusion.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience working with individuals with special needs or developmental disabilities is preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
• Background check and drug screening
