Youth Services Specialist- Career Pathway Navigator

We're looking for a Youth Services Specialist- Career Pathway Navigator to help young people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) develop a Person-Centered Career Plan and transition to competitive, integrated employment.

Requirements

• Must speak English
• Bachelors' Degree or equivalent
• ACRE Certified in Customized Employment
• Experience with special needs / developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Driver's License for 3+ years required. Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States
