Job Description
The Compliance Officer I - Labor Standards manages project-specific adherence to Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage, Contractor Registration, and Building Service regulations. This includes CRM data management, site visits, and verifying payroll/AA reports. They issue deficiency notices, provide project-related technical guidance, and support pre-construction meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- Ensure adherence to Affirmative Action, Prevailing Wage, and Labor Standards for EDA-funded construction projects.
- Directly engage with owners/applicants and contractors to ensure compliance.
- Employing strong problem-solving and analytical abilities inside and outside of the organization.
