Compression Operator

Adelphia Gateway LLC is seeking a Compression Operator to service, maintain and repair mechanical equipment used in natural gas transmission systems. The Compression Operator will maintain and operate natural gas compressors to ensure continuous flow of natural gas to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with at least three years of demonstrated work related experience
• Mechanical aptitude with prior experience in troubleshooting, operating and maintaining Industrial or Stationary Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines
• Previous training and experience with electronics or electrical equipment and instrumentation
• Basic knowledge of electrical and combustible gas safety regulations and procedures
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated time management skills; ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
