Clinical Therapist - Contractual

New Oakland Family Centers is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide mental health services in an outpatient setting. The therapist will deliver individual, family, and group therapy, maintain case files, handle administrative tasks, and uphold high ethical standards. They will work in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Perform telehealth and in-person health screenings and assessments.
• Provide compassionate, person-centered care.
• Develop and complete treatment plans.
• Maintain consistent communication with staff.
• Assist in managing copayments and documentation.
• Maintain stable, professional boundaries.
• Meet eligibility requirements for full licensure.
• Pass Michigan licensing exam.
• Stay current with professional training.
