Psychiatric Registered Nurse

New Oakland Family Centers offers top-tier psychiatric care, therapeutic counseling, and educational services to individuals and families. The Psychiatric Registered Nurse will provide nursing care within the FACE to FACE Partial Hospital (PHP) and Outpatient Programs (OP) programs.

Requirements

• Perform nursing duties as assigned within the PHP and OP programs.
• Complete thorough nursing assessments on the PHP new admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of medication sample dispensing and all medication administration.
• Work collaboratively with the Call Center, addressing consumer concerns.
• Assist with safety and environmental issues, maintaining professionalism.
• Attend daily FACE to FACE meetings.
• Complete all critical incident/restraint reports for assigned clinic.
