Youth Crisis Assessment Therapist

The Youth Crisis Assessment Therapist role at New Oakland Family Centers offers a full-time position focused on providing rapid crisis intervention to children within a residential setting. This role involves working in a high-stress environment, utilizing clinical and administrative support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate and effective care. The position is on-site and requires active engagement with a diverse population of families.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
• Active current clinical licensure (LLC, LLMSW, LLP preferred, TLLP not eligible)
• One to two years of crisis work experience is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Ability to assess situations quickly and implement interventions
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
