Manager Software Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering team and drive thought leadership, build and ship enterprise ready products, improve operational excellence, and develop engineering talent.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Software Engineering
• At least 12+ Years of experience and min. 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Proven track record as a technology leader and of leading and scaling strong technical teams.
• Experience in handling client's incidents, diving deep and understanding the technical implications and risks of a decision
• Working on Large scale distributed systems and data processing and APIs
• Hands on with Java or other programming languages
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of delivering product / solutions in Cloud environments
• Bonus points if you have Experience with Observability tools
