New Relic is looking for a highly skilled and versatile Office Manager to lead all aspects of our Bangalore office. This is a unique role that blends strategic workplace management with employee experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the physical infrastructure and the vibrant employee experience that defines our culture.
Requirements
- Good levels of oral & written communication
- Good computer literacy
- Educated to degree level with suitable qualifications with relevant experience in co-working space or facility management or hotel with a demonstrable track record of being the responsible member of a mid-large corporate office or similar facility
- Strong leadership traits
- Strong customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in a hotel, hybrid Facilities and Office Management role, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth tech company
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Strong working knowledge of building systems, technical facilities operations, and EHS compliance
- Proven experience managing direct reports and supervising external vendors and contractors
- Demonstrable experience in developing and managing operational budgets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- A resourceful and proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with AI tools like Gemini, Canva, Survey forms and usage of MacBook
